Overview and Course Background

This Intensive Leadership Development Training Program combines proven-in-action techniques with peer interaction and insights from the latest research to help you master the competencies of effective leadership.

Methodology

Through relevant readings, case discussions, and introspective exercises, participants will gain a broader and deeper understanding of organizational culture and dynamics, best practices in management, the role of the manager, and the nature of influence. Participants are actively involved in all sessions.

Target Audience

This course benefits anyone who interacts with students, teachers or other school staff, project team leaders or managers who want to enhance other skills through leadership development. Who Can Apply?: This three-course series is directed at school teachers at all levels.
