Overview and Course Background

The conflict management course is designed to teach classroom and school conflict environments and learn how to deal with conflicts.

Methodology

Participants are guided through informative steps of the topic with a combination of lectures, case studies and group discussions. The couse focuses on step-by-step lectures through easy-to-follow exercises combined with case studies. Participants are actively involved in all sessions.

Target Audience

It is all teachers and school administrators who want to prevent school and classroom conflict and learn effective management methods. Who Can Apply?: Teachers, managers, groups of individuals and school staff.

Certificate

You will receive a certificate from ETFA(European Training Faculty OÜ)
